What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I had a disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. Part of my order was missing, despite having submitted it correctly. My burger came with speck, which I found off-putting. It seemed like they rushed the preparation, as everything tasted precooked. The manager was unhelpful and provided excuses instead of addressing the issue. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for them. I won’t be dining here again. View all feedback.

Called as part of the order was missing even when giving them an order written out. The burger had bacon and that was not cool. When called informed comes precooked. Will never eat at a Dairy Queen again as they can’t even take time to make sure order is correct and the manager was not helpful other make excuses for why and not take customer service as an important part of the restaurant.
