Pizza Pizza - Lackawanna

Filthy washrooms, looks like no one cleaned the toilet and sink in a while. No paper towels.

Phone ordering is extremely horrible, and getting worse every time, there was so noisy on their end, we had to repeat everything multiple times, at the end order was messed up, instead of store pickup it was delivered to the house, while we were at the local store trying to figure out why they don't have our order, we order from pizza pizza every Friday for past several years, next order won't be from pizza pizza anymore

The guy that always works late is always nice, and sometimes blesses me, just would be nice to hear more greetings from him or smthngn, but he is pretty cool. Always good pizza never gotten sick. And to me this is a great place to get cheap and delicious pizza.

The old guy working here is amazing. I love his jolly nature and he always makes the best pizza for me.

Unfortunately, my time at this restaurant was ruined by a rude old man working there who I think was Persian heritage. Even though I reported him to the management, they didn't do anything about his bad behavior. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to because of what happened. I strongly suggest not supporting it to avoid having similar bad experiences.
