Menchie's Woodbridge - Lackawanna

I visited this place today the guy at the counter refused to give me extra spoon. I got a cup of yogurt for my baby and left the store as we wanted to stand outside and eat, my baby accidentally dropped her spoon and I went inside to grab another spoon. The guy refused to give me a spoon stating he can only give 1 spoon per cup. The guy in the restaurant next door was kind enough to give me a spoon. I was shocked when he refused to give me a spoon, I have never experienced anything like this before. I will not be coming back to this location ever.

Servings are great here and they have a larger variety than other menchies I have tried. Overall great place for a treat!

I really love this place and have always had a great experience. However, the recent removal of the blue raspberry flavour is quite the disappointment hence the removal of 2 stars.Other than that, nice place :

Very rude staff!!If you have young kids please avoid this place at any cost.. there are plenty good dessert spots around.yes your Staff is very well trained and I apologized on behalf of my 1 year old son who tried to touch the machines.but its the attitude and way of talking to an year old kid.. mind it... it is a frozen yogurt place that kids love going to.. so please train your staff better on how to treat young kids.My son smiled and waved at your cashier when we were leaving and cashier gave him a very rude and cold look. that's what made me angry!!

Recently this place has declined. The flavours are watered down, you can tell by how it dispenses and how cold it is when you 're eating it, the very cold sensation is due to an excess of water/ice. I used to really like this place but it 's really expensive now for what you get, and the quality isn 't worth it anymore. Very sad, it was one of the only places I liked going to for food, I might go back one more time just to give it one last chance in hopes that it gets better. This company is messing around, customers aren 't stupid, stop penny pinching and being greedy, I feel like it 's a total disrespect to your customers. Major Issue: Diluting the flavours, it 's not Yogurt anymore. Every yogurt isn 't a thick, rich texture, full of flavour like they used to be years ago. Money isn 't an issue for me, I would pay extra money for QUALITY, and the yogurt this place was selling when it first opened.
