Contribute FeedbackMy order was incomplete and modified without notifying me. I arrived home with my order of 3 bowls of rice, but the crispy chicken was replaced with steak. There were no crispy onions, avocado, or cheese as ordered, and the additional items I paid for were missing as well. When I inquired about the missing items, the response was that they were out of food due to a busy day. It was Saturday at 6pm, but I would have appreciated being informed. If my choice cannot be fulfilled, do not replace it without my consent and refund me for what was missing. Unfortunately, the response was simply, "sorry, no refund." There is a clear lack of judgment and service in this situation.
The manager has no style. She should go take a training on what customer service is... I almost told her in front of all the customers but I held back. It's clear that three submarine sandwiches can be overwhelming... but that's the concept of Subway... so eat fresh... you big one!
By far the worst Subway restaurant I have been to every time it gets worse and worse. I was the manager of a Subway for a long time and I can tell you that the manager there is worse than I have seen in a restaurant.Completely pitiful service and will never go there again
The sandwich was delicious and the service was excellent.
Well, it's a subway, if you like this kind of food, you'll be there for a treat as usual the service's personalized so no surprise there.
