My order was incomplete and modified without notifying me. I arrived home with my order of 3 bowls of rice, but the crispy chicken was replaced with steak. Ther... read more My order was incomplete and modified without notifying me. I arrived home with my order of 3 bowls of rice, but the crispy chicken was replaced with steak. There were no crispy onions, avocado, or cheese as ordered, and the additional items I paid for were missing as well. When I inquired about the missing items, the response was that they were out of food due to a busy day. It was Saturday at 6pm, but I would have appreciated being informed. If my choice cannot be fulfilled, do not replace it without my consent and refund me for what was missing. Unfortunately, the response was simply, "sorry, no refund." There is a clear lack of judgment and service in this situation.
