Terrible service. rude employee. practically threw the food at me.
I stopped visiting KFC because I found the prices and service to be outrageous, but recently I had a craving for chicken paired with their amazing coleslaw. I decided to give KFC another try, and I must say they have really improved. The wait time was virtually non-existent, and the food was served hot. Whoever is managing this location has really upped their game because they have the right number of staff working efficiently in the kitchen. While the prices are still a bit high, the excellent service makes it worth it. I would give it 5 stars!

I've been dining at this restaurant for a month now, and it's consistently delicious. The only time they got my order wrong was once when I asked for fries and received mashed potatoes instead. I do want to mention that only one staff member has wished me a good day after handing over my order. While it's a minor detail and doesn’t detract from the overall experience, having worked in customer service for over three years, it's something I tend to notice.
