The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious, especially the 5-piece Nashville Hot, which was a definite winner. I was also pleasantly surprised by the new peach flavor of Mountain Dew; it tasted great!
I was thrilled to find chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn served in a convenient plastic bowl, making it easy to dig right in! I'm also a huge fan of Pepsi, and they offer that too—delicious! The only downside is that their cookies could use some improvement; they're not very good.
The customer service at the location in Lacey on Martin Way is okay. However, I wish they would keep better track of their inventory, as I missed out on my favorite variety of BBQ chicken.
There was no cook on staff that evening, so only chicken tenders were available. The fries were cold, and I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food. It was definitely a disappointment.
The order was wrong, the portions are smaller, just disappointed ?
