If I could give zero stars I would, walked in only one person asked if I was picking up, the man that handed me my order only placed it on the counter didn't greet or anything, zero customer service skills, please give your employees more training on how service works. Sandwich was okay need fresher ingredients as the lettuce was brown and black.

Super dirty! Walked in and walked right out. Not a single person (customer) inside either. Sad!

Surprise, surprised, walking into a Jersey Mike’s again, and there was food literally all over the place old and dried out meat stuck in the meat cutter, lettuce, covered almost every inch of the counter. The mayonnaise was dried out and there wasn’t a single customer in there so it’s not like they were busy one of these days Managment might want to step in. then, to top it all off the lady behind the counter was rude.

Always a great experience, even when they’re crowded. They are always putting in the effort to get everyone their food and make sure to not skimp on toppings.

I love the Italian sub ? and a few others too, great subs .
