Upon sitting down, there was no one clearing the table, and the staff members near the kitchen were inattentive when we were ready to order. It was confusing whether we were supposed to approach the cashier or wait for a waiter. It took over 30 minutes to receive our pho, which was frustrating. Additionally, the loud music made it difficult to have a conversation and created a chaotic atmosphere. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to the poor customer service and long wait times.

It's affordable, consistent, and the aroma of the broth is incredible. We always go for the steak pho and the combo pho, and we're never disappointed. We love Fresh Pho and will continue to dine there forever.
