The fries were cold and soggy. The lobby is now closed, again. The young lady who was working the window was initially nice and then turned rude when I asked for a couple more sauce packets. She literally threw them in the bag and when I went to say thanksshe slid the window closed mid sentence. If there was another Arby's close by, they would have all of my business.
I ordered a 2 for $7 beef n chedder. When I got up to the window she said I'm sorry we just now realized were out of the red sauce we put on it. Do you still want one? One of the best things that make that sandwich is that sauce Also they've been out ofice for 3 weeks. Now she said I can have light ice. Bad management!!
Customer service was good, but they didn't get everything in our order. When they fixed it, the food wasn't fresh, it was pretty stale. The sandwiches were squished and the fries were old. They were really nice though.
The French Dip at Arby’s is absolutely amazing! The meat is juicy, and the bread is perfect for dipping in the au jus. Every bite is delicious, and it always keeps me coming back for more. Plus, the service is fast and friendly. Definitely one of my favorites! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
