I visited the Château du Chiron several times and enjoyed a delicious cuisine prepared and cooked by Jimmy. The highlight was my young girl's funeral at the Château where the twelve guests of my group were entitled to the most wonderful menus, for vegetarians and hard eaters too! I still have copies of recipes of chestnut purée, olive ricotta, peas pie and pears, banana cake and brandy pudding. You're going to enjoy culinary delights (Review of Origin) I visited Chateu du Chiron on many occasions and enjoyed delicious cuisine prepared and cooked by Jimmy. The highlight was my hen do at the Chateau where the guests twelve in my party was treated to the most wonderful menus, catering for vegetarians and fussy eaters too! I still have copies of recipes for Purée of Chestnut Soup, Baked Ricotta with Olives, Pea and Leek Tart, Banana Cake and Brandy Pudding. You are in for a culinary treat
