Was NORIEGA BROTHERS at Brilant a mag?
Great food at great price with great views. The waiter was very friendly and spoke english fluently. I really recommend this place. The stuffed squid and the rice with seafood were absolutely amazing. The best place to have a wonderful dinner of seafood. Homemade “buke misri” is delicious as a starter, a must try. Shrimps and Koc fish were fresh, well seasoned and cooked perfectly.

Great food and location, although you are definitely paying for both. I recommend the grilled shrimp and calamari.
