Terrible customer service and very rude arrogant owner. Has a “not my job description” mentality. The location is the only reason why they will keep having good flow of customers and why their attitude will continue to suck. Room is in bad condition, cupboard shelf is broken and thermostat is not working well. Would not recommend to others due to the rotten owner attitude… View all feedback.
Quite old, dingy, run down, very nice and courteous owner, room with open bathroom... Price level too high for what is offered...
Went to switzerland with my family last august, we had a good stay in montreux. our room's view was ethereal, just like the picture attached. i was amazed and in awe. we had breakfast for two days in montreux before we headed to gstaad, and as of now i'm in malaysia. i really want to know what granola cereal the hotel's kitchen used, because ever since we got back, i'm dreaming of that granola/cereal also that delicious scrambled eggs. our room was nice, we had a comfy stay.

Obviously the best thing about the hotel is its location, on the main road, right in front of the Christmas market, the tram, and very close to the train. The breakfast is very good with coffee, infusions, juices, bread and pastries, jams, ham and local cheese, they even offer to make scrambled eggs. The attention of the staff is unbeatable, I highlight David (reception), he speaks several languages perfectly, including Spanish, he is a good help if needed. Daily room service. I only recommend bringing earplugs to sleep.
A perfect trip, great hotel, especially David's attention at the reception. Very well located hotel.
