Loved the food and service! It's a charming train station in a cute little town bisected by a river. We stopped in after a hike with the dog on Gorilla mountain trail. Been here twice now, thanksgiving and late spring. Loved the soup. Totally worth it. View all feedback.

read moreLa Gare Restaurant offers a mixed experience for customers. Some found the service lacking, with long waits and disorganized staff, advising others to steer clear if in a hurry. On the other hand, many praised the food and ambiance, enjoying local beers and wines in a charming setting like a train station. While the menu may be small, it covers various options. Visitors raved about the homemade bread and ice cream. Overall, La Gare is a hit among families, hikers, and cyclists alike, providing a pleasant dining experience with room for improvement in wait times and vegetarian offerings.
