Look out! We made the reservation with a bonus, we called to confirm and it looked good until we arrived and didn't show up, the house was for sale, we had to waste time looking for another hotel. The worst thing about recovering the bonus is that they had billed it and stayed with the money.

¡Estafa! ¡Cuidado! Hicimos la reserva con un bono, llamamos para confirmar y parecía que todo estaba bien hasta que llegamos y no había nadie. La casa estaba en venta y tuvimos que perder tiempo buscando otro hotel. Lo peor de todo es que al intentar recuperar el bono, descubrimos que ya lo habían facturado y se quedaron con nuestro dinero.
