The pillowcase was dirty with what appeared to be saliva marks and when I asked for the entire set of bed linen to be changed, this was ignored and only the pillowcase was replaced with a clean one. The accommodation had one shared shower for 2 floors (approx. 10 rooms). The shower room facilities were good: however it appeared not to have been cleaned overnight, as the room was in the exactly same condition in the morning as when I had used it the previous evening (wet bath mat lying on the floor etc). The curtains in my bedroom barely covered the windows and allowed a considerable amount of light in from the main road outside. Some elements of the breakfast appeared to be prepared the night before: at 11pm I was surprised to see bowls of cling-filmed cereal on the tables in anticipation of the following morning.The service was adequate but I found that there was a degree of wilful misunderstanding when I asked for a change of bed linen. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was in the town centre and close to restaurants, etc.

And we all were satisfied... read more It is me and my family’s first time ever in Switzerland. We choose to eat here when staying in Ilanz for one night. The food was good. And we all were satisfied with what we got. The waitress we had did a good job at making it a good time for us. He helped us with the menus as they were only on german. Nice to sit outside and good atmosphere. I’m not sure if it is normal to serve food at different times here when 2+ people eat together but one of us got to eat their meal up before the rest came. We are not a fan of getting it served like that. Menus only on local language, and not the world language English.
