Long John Silver's/A&W - La Vista

The food is good, but the people STILL should not wait 25 minutes for food about car thru...

They were here probably 3 times last month and after the attempt. Unfortunately, this third time is my last time. Your food is on average or something above average compared to fast food restaurants. Your problem is that they are incredibly understated. Now I don't necessarily know their fault, but they have to start telling the customer that they are incredibly understated. I went through the ride and waited for the speaker 5 minutes with no one in the car-duration line, then finally my order through. It just sent me to the parking lot where another vehicle was waiting. I sat in the parking lot for 23 minutes, while the car came after the vehicle through the drive thru and connected me in the parking lot. I pray that these people could even go home. Until I see more how I drive past and hear that they are posting on their personal questions, I will no longer visit this facility. Since this franchise is ashamed to share that they have personnel problems, I will unfortunately do it for them. But I assume that people don't want to hear it from me and would rather hear it from the administration.

Beautiful place one of the only if not the only fast food variety that offer cheese curds and chili frits and they are good also their root beer is much better than any branch because they make it fresh everyday

I love A&W. my son and i try to go there any time we're in LaVista. however, last time we went, the draft root beer wasn't working? that's one of the big draws for us. otherwise, we love it.

Their lobby is not open. I would prefer to give zero stars because I was unable to eat here. The reason was because I was driving a truck pulling a trailer and their lobby is not open they only allow drive-through. Their drive-through is not built in a manner to allow a truck and trailer to go through without possibly getting damaged.
