The food was hot and delicious, but I was disappointed to find that my biscuits were smashed and looked unappetizing. It's important to double-check that you have everything you need before leaving. The order could definitely use a little more attention to detail. Hopefully, my next experience will be better. For now, though, I'm giving it a 4-star rating. I ordered the large meal that comes with 30 pieces of chicken, potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, when I got home, I discovered they forgot the coleslaw, so I had to go back. It was a busy holiday period, but I believe they need to focus more on the customers who are dining in rather than just those in the drive-thru. View all feedback.
