I hadn't visited an IHOP in years due to my disappointment with the food and service at the location near me in Georgia. However, my son, who lives in Omaha, wanted to check this one out. I visited this restaurant on September 25th around 2 AM. It was very understaffed, and it took about an hour for my food and drinks to arrive. I wasn't satisfied with the service and didn't leave a tip. However, when I checked my credit card statement later, I discovered that the waitress had added a $100 tip for herself.
