We tried three different types of concrete mixers, and the best one was the vanilla with Reese’s. They forgot to add the cashews we requested initially, but they kindly gave us a generous amount afterward.

The butter burgers here are really filling and delicious. The fries are so good that I enjoy them without any ketchup.

We stopped here for a drive-thru lunch stop today. The employees were very professional and motivated. We tried to order a walleye sandwich but were advised politely that the option was only available on Friday. Therefore, we ordered two cod filet sandwich meals. When we arrived home, the sandwiches were warm, but they were not assembled well and not overly flavorful. Also, the French fries lacked salt and crispness. Bottom line: The TV commercials are better than the real thing.

I truly enjoy the food at Culver's, but I've been disappointed with their customer service and quality control. It seems like nearly every time I visit, there's an issue with my order. Sometimes my chocolate concrete is too soupy, or I get a sandwich with none of the toppings I requested. It feels as though they're serving me an order that has just been sitting around. I really wish the chances of receiving the correct order were better. It's frustrating to get home only to discover that my order is wrong.
