A relay point open all day but which refuses to deliver packages between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.... what is the point of a relay point in this case? The relay points are supposed to allow people to collect their packages between their working hours... nonsense! Service: 1 View all feedback.

I often come to lunchtime during my work on the region. We always eat well. Owners are always friendly and the service is fast. I recommend
Chronopost related point: purchase of two single-price products on 8/11, information on 10/11 of the availability of items at the relay point. On Monday, 15/11, the manager said that the plots do not happen because of the holiday and bridge, that it is normal and that it is necessary to iron but above all not at the time of the table service to not disturb. even on 16/11: it is always alleged that the packages had not arrived. On 18/11 at 10 a.m., the manager replied that she returned the parcels at 9 a.m.!!! the monoprix customer service confirmed that the return should not have occurred and that it was an incompetence of the relay point. Consequences: unnecessary travel, time loss in phone calls, a promotion to -35% missed (but a small compensation of monoprix) . no excuses for the offence. If possible, avoid this relay point.
I do not advise at all levels and without detail to stay correct!
