The morning staff is getting better. There is a gentleman in the drive through lately around 8am. He is fabulous, very nice and respectful. The older lady handing customers their orders has gotten better! All in all not bad for a McDonald's. They are pretty quick too! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Fast Friendly Great Team always friendly to my children! I love the Mocha Frappe much better than DD. However parking way too small for how busy that is already overloaded area. cheers View all feedback.
This McDonald's I've been going for 18 years it has 2 different renovations and nothing has done it better. For a few weeks after renovation, everything is good, but it goes back quickly to rude and mouthful employees who do not get your order right and if you try to get it firm, throw a fit or begin to mouth something about the order as that is not what he ordered or check his bag, which is what I put in. I really don't like this McDonald's, but because I work there, it's the only place I have to stop (travel and so). So bad are they that it's dark outside and they can't remember to turn the lights on. The image is 100% brighter than in real life. looks like the morning shift is the only layer that holds this place on 3 stars.

All right with the children's play area, kids have a lot of fun, I hope they don't take it off like they did with others:
I love the manager tonight, when I told her that my two fish sandwiches have completely tasted and because I forgot Pommes and an additional side of the tartar sauce, I told her that I would pay for them, but she has chosen the whole meal for me, this is the kind of service McDonald needs, and for them I am so grateful for whoever read this review
Last weekend, they served us three small coffees instead of the medium ones we ordered, and this week they completely forgot the Hash Browns. So, I went back to the restaurant to address it like I do every weekend. I mentioned the missing items and asked to speak with the manager. She was surprisingly rude from the start. When I told her we were missing four Hash Browns, she just rolled her eyes and went to grab three instead. I pointed out that we ordered four. She took the receipt from my hand, glanced at it again, rolled her eyes once more, and then crumpled it up in her pocket as if she had something to prove. At that point, I was really upset! I thanked her for her “service,” and she flipped out, raising her voice and telling me not to cause a scene in front of other customers, as if she needed to assert her authority. I don’t think she should have taken her frustration out on me; she’s the manager and should handle things better. It’s unacceptable to be rude and roll your eyes at customers, no matter how tough your day is. I certainly wouldn’t treat anyone that way, and I don’t expect to be treated like that either. If you’re a manager, please remember to treat customers with respect and not to be dismissive just because they're asking for the food they've ordered and paid for. To top it all off, when I took a bite of one of the eggs, I found a hair in it. Just another reason why I won’t be returning to this McDonald's!
