El Guano - la Vall d´Uixo

This was recommended by the receptionist of the Hotel Belcaire and is only a few minutes' walk away. It's a trendy-looking place with stylish modern food. The midweek evening we were there it was sadly rather empty, just us and another hotel guest. We really enjoyed the food, both flavours and presentation, and the wine recommended by the waiter. It's not cheap (bill about 70 euros for two of us, including wine), but worth it. I'd consider going back to Vall d'Uixo to eat here again.

We went as a group of nine for menu del diá. I had booked ahead and when we arrived they had already laid out our table with plenty of space for everyone. The menu was perfect with several choices and the food was very good. If you are going to the caves nearby I throughly recommend this for lunch after or before. The ambiance , service and food is very good.

Great place to try sea food, I'm very into this food and very critic about it and had no any problem in this restaurant!, great staffs and good place to go.

Todo lo que comimos estaba muy rico, y la atención tambien excelente

Comimos la familia y unos amigos. El trato exquisito, aunque la comida algo cara. Por ejemplo el rabo de buey necesitaba un poco más de cocción. No sería reseñable si la comida para 4 adultos y 4 niños no hubiera superado los 350€ (con una única botella de vino de 25€, por si alguien se lo pregunta). El sitio tiene una decoración agradable y la gente es muy muy atenta. Los aseos están súper cuidados.
