I cannot recall the last time I complained about the food in a restaurant in this country and the waiter did anything but nonchalantly say I will share this with the chef , if anything at all. At Verntallat, the charming waitress offered to bring me a new serving when I asked for a clean plate to move my soaked beans with egg and cansalada (I had spilled my beer all over them). I was so surprised I told her it was my fault and she did not need to replace the dish, but she graciously insisted. Just for that gesture I loved the place. The rest of the staff was equally efficient and attentive. Besides that, the food was good and abundant and decently priced. The stuffed potatoes were unique and incredibly good. I absolutely recommend them. The all-i-oli was absolutely authentic. The views of the grassy area and mountains beyond very relaxing. I will definitively return.
We went with our son of almost two years old. We got the place recommended from the owner of the hotel we stay in. We got served good food very fast, but the service could be a lot friendlier. They have a big playground outside where the children can play before and after the meal.
Went here for breakfast wasn't disappointed was really yummy!! Really friendly staff, really helpful with trying to speak English. Great quick service. Will be going back!!!
El restaurante queda un poco apartadi pero vale la pena. Tiene buen parking, una zona de recreo para los niños y una terraza con un sol que en invierno es una gozada. El interior está decorado al estilo rústico, el personal muy atento en todo momento y recomendando los mejores plantos. Si teneis la ocasión de ir teneis que probar las patatas del valle que son espectaculares. La carne en general es una buena elección, pero si os gusta el pato el magret está riquisimo. En fin de semana no hay menú, pero todo lo que tienen en carta es asequible.
