Friday, July 21, 2023, 25 minutes of waiting taken hostage at the drive-thru..... For an undrinkable iced cappuccino according to my spouse, served by a lady who laughed at us asking us if everything was fine!!!!!!!!! Avoid this place, go to Macdo next door.

Is it normal to wait 20 minutes for a coffee? We went to the Tim Horton in La Tuque around 3 p.m. First, we go to go inside and the door is closed. No poster saying that the restaurant is closed that you have to go to order at the car. We go to order. 10 minutes of waiting there was only one car in front of us to place an order. We place our order. 1 very large coffee, not very complicated. We move towards the service window. Two cars in front of us and another 10 minute wait. The customer before us receives his order. An ice cap and a sandwich. Here we are at the window. No sign of personal. We see our coffee ready on the window sill. We hear the employees laughing and having a great time inside the restaurant. I remind you that we only have a coffee. Easy to pay. After 2-3 minutes. We went to have our coffee elsewhere. The worst thing is that the car behind us was served at the window like 6-7 minutes after our departure. We were at the convenience store next door and we could clearly see the drive-thru. I can understand the lack of staff but waiting 20-25 minutes for a coffee and not charging customers quickly must be a waste of money.
