Overnight stop in La Tuque and visited Le Boke after Tripadvisor recommendations. Not disappointed at all. Warm evening with both indoor and outdoor tables, occupied by locals and tourists. All the young serving ladies were very attentive and helpful. My wife enjoyed a chicken salad...and I had the meal of the day: braised beef and mash. Both were really excellent. View all feedback.
What Ladislavs Sodums doesn't like about Le Boke:
The worst poke bowl I ate....3 shrimps..... grocery goberge fingers....some vegetables....the whole on a bed of rice more or less fresh... no flavor... no Asian sauce or spices....lightly this restaurant should stop offering the poke bowl because they don't know what it is! My friend took the salmon pizza... very ordinary in his opinion. The service was slow. We had to wait a good hour before we got our plates. View all feedback.
This place just opened in La Tuque and was recommended by the BB staff as good with local cuisine. Turns out this is just a new name for an existing location on Commerciale street Hit or miss menu: my son ha a very good escargot...entrée followed by Matane shrimp My Trilogy Gourmande was terrible, an assortiment of fried stuff that should not have been on the menu. The Salade de Gibier as Ok Try at jour on risk There are better and less expensive places
We stopped for lunch in la tuque and had a great lunch in le boke . very nice eating all fresh and good price. friendly staff and great service. a great experience!
That's the second time I stopped here for dinner with the family for two years. the menu remained kreatiw and the dishes were served hot, perfectly boiled, tasty and quality. we sat inside, which was comfortable, but the echo and the music felt...too loud for a relaxed talk and culinary experience. service was super friendly and efficient.
What a wonderful restaurant. we drove through la tuque on the way to lac st jean and stopped for lunch on this magnificent outdoor terrace. little we knew that we would experience a really gourmet lunch. the Brie salad, the terrine salad, the ham and cheese sandwich turned out to be so much more. really excellent and far beyond our expectations. our waitress was charming and was happy to speak English. the terrace had a hanging tree that kept us cool on a very hot day. so pleasant that we stayed beyond a short lunch.
Just wobbled! love eating and the equipment. and the waiting staff is also great. earn the extra for high quality eating, great presentation ende excellent service. a must restaurant in la tuque.
