A disappointing lunch, a piece of beef ordered “blue” served almost rare but cold, truffled celery puree served “cold” €30 an almost microscopic foie gras starter priced at €15 a clementine dessert with three wedges of clementine (poorly peeled) placed on three squeezes of creamy citrus fruit, a piece of overcooked shortbread and two squeezes of texture with a strong vinegary taste. Beautiful experience elaborate kitchen, service and perfect reception. Nice to see the chef cook in front of you. an apartment on the price that remains high compared to the quantity.
