Here it was a real discovery...we didn't know this process of baking mussels on the braise.... well aligned well present the mussels are cooked with wood fire and covered with thorns of flambées. the surprising result...a new taste for a dish is simple.Sometimes simplicity prevails over the sophisticated. The service is done by young people who master well.There is a world and we are well served and quickly effectively. They have the eyes of the young...bravo to discover on the tremblade.
We came here with friends and we have known for a long time, everything was very good despite a very long service even too long obliged to move to have salt, a fork and ketchup. I recommend except for service
We are used to eating a mussel clay with good reputation and we are usually quickly served, quickly taken into account. Today, a horror: a feeling of being invisible, waitresses ignore us, customers taken into account before us, our command never taken: a total incorrection. We leave by informing the boss of our discontent that does not react. I'm not coming back. We went to another restaurant: "the Noroit" where we were installed and the order was taken immediately. This criterion is a must for any restaurateur who respects his clients and enforces his server team.
First of all, this restaurant would be worth an inspection: dirty glasses, spider canvases, very dirty floor, under the chair the remains of the day before probably, because we arrived at 12h. Then waitress, not trained or should change work. we chose the menu from day to €17. We were among the first customers, the tables arrived after us (30 minutes see even 1h) and served by other waitress are gone 1/2h see 3/4h before us. the waitress didn't take care of our table while we were close to the kitchen, we were wondering where she could be and the little time we saw her avoid looking at us??? We missed water, bread, a problem with a seafood plate where it was missing things. We had to call another waitress so we could eat our desserts without waiting for another hour. lunch time over 2 hours, we'd have missed our train without the second waitress. the service of this waitress was really deplorable!!! and when we told her about our discontent, she replied "you are the only ones to complain," out there were other unhappy people. I hope they will give their opinion on this site!and to finish the best, when we asked the boss, he was in his hut preparing the mussels, he had nothing to do with our claim, it's not a problem for him we're just tourists, good to pay!No excuse on his part, only the second waitress apologized for the problems encountered. We were very disappointed by this restaurant.
