A truly wonderful coffee and tea shop with a variety of goods . You can also enjoy a delicious meal or a hot drink and cake. There is seating indoors and outdoo... read more A truly wonderful coffee and tea shop with a variety of goods . You can also enjoy a delicious meal or a hot drink and cake. There is seating indoors and outdoors. Parking is available too. The staff are professional and friendly. There is a formula where you choose a meal and you get a drink and dessert too. The chicken burger is the BEST . It is accompanied by the most scrumptious baby roast potatoes and salad with the tastiest dressing ever! The chocolate chip cookie is yummy. The other cakes look too yummy will have to go back!! The single cappuccino is creamy, frothy, milky and so delicious. The de canta coffee for 2 people, is light and flavourful. You can choose your coffee from 3 varieties. We discovered a true gem on our way to the Bassin d'Arcachon! Highly recommended !!

Store: very good sales personell, lot of infos, products however do unfortunately not match the online offers in price nor content (e.g. flair pro online 230€ without accessories and in store only one offer 320€ with accessories... . was not possible to buy the machine without accessories in store. I rece... read more The WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had I have ordered 3 products from the eshop with shipping to Greece for which the estimated delivery time is 5 working days. I received the first two parcels after a week in different days each and the tracking number for the 3rd one showed that it is still located in France. I have been trying to contact customer support for days on the phone number that is registered on the website. I had trouble reaching them and all the time I consumed on the waiting line, when I finally managed to connect with a representative noone could assist me in English since they only speak French. Despite all the trouble that I’ve been through I also tried to contact them via email. They answered my emails every 10 days without giving me an appropriate response and without assisting me or informing me of when I will receive my order. After 20 days they sent me a response offering to refund me the money. I responded right away asking if they could send me another parcel because I would really like to get the specific product. It has been 8 days since my email still have not heard from anyone. All in all, it has been over a month and I have paid 1K for an item that I still have not received and don’t know what will happen. I don’t know the customer experience in France but considering that this company is shipping products worldwide and cannot provide support to any client that has an ongoing paid order, I suggest for all worldwide customers to BE CAREFULL their behavior is sketchy and I feel as if I have been SCAMMED! IF YOU HAVE READ THIS AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS STORE
