Mokà - LA SPEZIA

Had a nice lunch before going to Cinque Terre that included a nice vegan sandwich, a carrot cake and a soya latte. All clearly labeled, staff knew what was vegan!

Moka was such a tasty bite. whether you are going to a train in la spezia or get out, they have a vegan drink and snack somewhere. on one day they had two vegan croissants (classic and jam), a small carrot cake and a vegan panini. I went to panini and ordered the croissant and cake. the ripen croissant exceeded my expectations for this type of venue and price, the carrot cake less.

Thanks to Happycow we enjoyed our breakfast on the train on the way to Corniglia: croissants (one with jam and a nature) and soy-cappeducino. It was a really good surprise! The lady approached to be aware of veganism as she asked if I wanted a soy coffee next to my vegan croissants. She spoke a good English language. We didn't try the vegan sandwiches.

They had two vegan sandwiches, a bread, a carrot cake and two croissants with sugar and one without. We just tried the bread with grilled vegetables. It was okay.
