La Paillote Chez Flo - Feedback

What L H doesn't like about La Paillote Chez Flo:
Contrary to what we have read, the tacos were not really dry, it is more a question of poor distribution of the sauce which is only on one side of the tacos. It's just a shame to put the meats one after the other in the sandwich rather than cutting and mixing them. The cheese sauce was really good though. I give three stars mainly because of the wait.
