Adresse conseillée par un habitant de Saint-Maurice. Au milieu du village de La Sauvetat, ce restaurant n'est pas commun. Le cadre y est atypique de part sa simplicité mais nous avons été vite rassuré par l'accueil charmant de la patronne. Il y a beaucoup d'habitués, bon signe, et comme dans tous les villages tout le monde se connaît. Mais nous avons été encore plus étonnés de la qualité de la cuisine. Bons produits... Discovery among friends, unique meal on the occasion of the Christmas market of Sauveta. All right.
Chloe and Valentin run a wonderful resto, very warm, welcoming, and it was no problem at all to bring our 5 month old. The menu was interesting, all local, and made by valentin and all our meals were delicious: tomato tartare, gravelax, magret du canard, bavette et frites, strawberry soup, and chocolate. Very recommended.
Arriving late in the area, this was the only place we could find a table, but what a surprise it was. The setting is unprepossessing, but the food is delicious. We had the menu du jour, whihc was not only great value but also perfectly cooked. Service was very friendly and we were recommended a local wine, which was delicious and matched the meal perfectly. Worth the detour if you are in the area and want great food at a great price.
We ate very well there, good meal, fast service. I'm not a fan of decoration with works, paintings and sculptures but the idea is good
Unique meal for the Christmas market, (which still is really to be done! very well prepared and really copyy. Very good and pleasant service. Nothing to say.
