We were couples who booked for the weekend. we are very happy to have enjoyed with our dogs, only flat the room layout in view of the hotel's services. the bathroom would require a refreshment, including the shower system with the curtains. It's not the hotel's standing. otherwise everything was perfect! View all feedback.

I hadn't been back since 2017 when we loved the hotel at the time. Slightly more disappointed during this last stay. The welcome remains very pleasant and the staff is present, smiling and very helpful, but I found that the hotel had not kept up to date and was starting to look dilapidated. Hotel extremely well located warm and friendly welcome exceptional restaurant especially the half board the rooms are functional and very pleasant (resort side) the staff at the top really very very good. I highly recommend.

Super, a well priced hotel for a ski holiday in Serre Chevalier. Great location, for skiing and local transportation and walking around the local area and village. Young, friendly, helpful and dynamic team. Super breakfast each day. Room was functional and clean and as described. Good in room facilities; the addition of coat hooks for hanging ski jacket etc would be good, there’s plenty of wall space. The outside area with fire pit was a nice feature. We didn’t use the Spa area. Some areas of the hotel could do with a freshening up, e.g. the chairs, sofas in the lounge bar areas. We only stayed on B&B basis and had dinner one night in the restaurant. Like many restaurants in the French alps the options for vegetarians were not very extensive. All in though we’d thoroughly recommend staying here. The separate apartment is worth considering too.

The restaurant service is very good, the cocktails very good. The quality of the meat rib of beef) has dropped for a price that remains high €75). We had a good stay but for this price, I'm not sure I would choose the rock-noir in the future.
