Having sampled a number of the local hostelries, i can safely report that this one offers: a) Young's London Ale and b) one of the best sun traps in the area allowing some serious sun worship on very comfy padded seats. We spent a very pleasant afternoon here soaking up the sun with a decent and rare ale. Highly recommended (for beer lovers) View all feedback.
What Rusty Matalou doesn't like about Le Frog:
Pay 18 euros for a cold meal, 23 euros for a hard meat... Only fondus are good. The other meals are defrosted and it feels! No interest, the quality ratio is not there! View all feedback.
We went here to watch the Six Nations game between France and England and even though England narrowly won, the patrons took it in good spirit. The beers are varied although obviously because it was busy, getting served was a bit slow. Pretty ordinary interior and the staff were so so.
Our French friends took us here and we had a fantastic meal, I had steak and it was perfect, the staff and the setting very good
It was very good when his name was Le Frog, it's been very good since his name was The Balance.

The barman Jimmy makes great cocktails and offers a delicious salmon that he smokes himself
