Walked past several times and always noticed locals having coffee (or in several cases wine) at breakfast and that there was a lunchtime menu. So called there the other day for lunch and enjoyed marinated mackerel as a starter and roast chicken in a delicious sauce for the main. Great with a glass of rose and cafe alongee to follow. Service was excellent. View all feedback.
What Margaret Lefevre doesn't like about Le Trot Quai:
Had duck magret salad for a starter. Very much on the small side with 3 or 4 of the smallest and thinnest magret I've ever encountered. Main course was pleasant, pieces of turkey in their sauce, with rice that appeared plain but was actually very tasty. Dessert we had peche melba .... the smallest peche melba ever encountered. If you eat here every day and don't want to put on weight; fine. Wouldn't consider the meal... View all feedback.

We were staying in the neighbourhood and saw this restaurant always busy at lunch time and decided to try it out. The food was very tasty and very good price too. Few locals in the restaurant started to chat with us too. Service was quick. Overall very good experience.

We found this little bar near to our hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It has a decent menu with the usual 2 or 3 course specials and the food is very fresh, nicely cooked and tasty. The staff/ owners are very friendly and helpful. So if you're looking for somewhere inexpensive where the locals eat and off the beaten track, this is it
Excellent bistro/restaurant. Fresh food only.Quick and nice service. So it's an excellent lunch address. I highly recommend!
