Excellent Vietnamese, the only one in La Rochelle. A bit off the tourist trail but all the better for that. All dishes are prepared in their kitchen from scratch. Good service, low prices including free home delivery with 10 off menu prices. Might be a good idea to book on the weekend. The locals love it. Don't miss this restaurant otherwise you have to go to Paris to find somewhere nearly as good. View all feedback.

What beijingduck doesn't like about Cyclo-pousse Saigon:
The staff try their best to please at this popular and reasonably priced Vietnamese restaurant outside the touristed centre of La Rochelle. But the dishes are a pale shade of the fresh zingy flavours found in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. I think that Vietnamese cuisine is one of the most difficult to transplant to a faraway land. We've eaten here a couple of times. The kids enjoy looking at the fishes in their tanks. This time we had take away and it was as good as always and the owners are very friendly.

Excellent vietnamise food at teasonable price. Small place comfort enough. Many locals use take away service. Nice service.
