I wasn't coming because I was disappointed several times, ultra Grasse cuisine, too cooked to not say cramming for tartiflette for example. I learned that the farm had changed direction so I resounded and I did very well! Everything is succulent from the beginning to the dessert and that more is very well presented and copied! I'll go back with great pleasure!
