We order humita en chala, a traditional dish of the Andean area which consists of grains of a freshly beaten corn and cooked in fat with onion, pepper and cheese. This dough is then boiled, wrapped and tied into its own leaves. A complete dish, really good and aesthetically satisfactory. At the end of the meal we are offered by the owner a dish of black grapes freshly picked and really exquisite. Recommended.
