Just came to get a bagel and drink for my daughter before her practice. We drove away and noticed there was no cream cheese with the bagel. We go back in and the lady was very rude about informing us that we have to pay for the cream cheese. We order bagels about 4 days a week and never knew this was a separate charge. They gave me a cup full of ice with barely any drink. Three sips and it was gone. Could of done better, I paid for coffee not ice.
Lori and some of the other ladies at this store are the BEST they make visiting Starbucks a treat. This by far is the best location, it can get busy but I’d rather wait for a smiling face than poor customer service at other locations.

Love this place! It is my favorite place to study— I have passed many exams thanks to the vibe of this starbucks. My one complaint is that the music is SOOOO LOUD in there. I can hear music through my noise cancellation airpods which is also blasting music. Love you guys, but please, turn the music down a
