Rubio is a big, fast serving Mexican restaurant I would make it an up chipotle, especially because they have a greater variety, including fish and shrimp tacos. But probably my favorite part of their menu is the roasted salsa. I can eat it from the capsules. They are usually quite fast in service and they offer high customer service.
