Broken Yolk Cafe - La Quinta

The service was just okay, but the food was excellent. I did have an issue when I had to send back my order because I requested no onions. The server double-checked her notes to see if I had mentioned it, which made me feel like I was being accused of lying.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the food was not only delicious but also served quickly. We didn't have to ask for drink or coffee refills at all. I came with a group of friends for breakfast, and we were seated immediately without any wait. The food was very enjoyable—I particularly liked sharing the eggs Benedict, where you can choose two different varieties from their menu. I definitely plan to return to try more items from the menu!

My boyfriend discovered this restaurant unexpectedly while we were on vacation with family, and I'm so glad he did because it's now my new favorite breakfast spot! Everyone enjoyed their meal, and we all had a wonderful time. Our server was fantastic—he got our orders right and was incredibly friendly. We appreciated how he checked on us multiple times throughout our visit. You should definitely give this place a try! They're a franchise with several locations, and their main one is in San Diego!

Broken Yolk Cafe is very good and has great service even when they are busy. I ordered the El Fuego omelet, it had spicy chorizo, jalapeños, jack cheese and on top of it was salsa fresca and guacamole, very tasty. Their pancakes are amazing. Thechicken and waffle Benedict along with the Classic Eggs Benedict was ok, it came with a toasted English muffin topped withcanadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Their Biscuit Gravy were gross, the gravy did not taste anything likegravy, the dish looked good but that one wasn't great. Their kids cheeseburger and sweet potatoe fries was delicious. Eventhough all the dishes weren't great, I'd still go back to try different options.

This place is Amazing! My husband and I came to Palm Springs for our wedding anniversary and came across to this place to eat for lunch! They treat us like Family! I got the Golden Eggs Benedict and my husband got the Popular Eggs Benedict. We both Lovedour food! I recommend my Golden Eggs Benedict! The fresh fruit that came with it was so good!
