Suviche is one of the restaurants inside the One Only La Palmilla Resort. The resort itself is the nicest resort my wife and I have ever been to, and we are well traveled. Suviche is a beautiful setting with windows overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The food is excellent!! Their Wagyu Suviche is outstanding! Muy agradable restaurante, servicio impecable, buena calidad y entorno. Aconsejable sin ninguna duda. El Maitre Sr. Esteban nos dio un trato inmejorable. Lugar para repetir y sin duda si su bolsillo se lo permite €€€€ para visitar.
Demasiado costoso para lo que ofrece, y la decoración y la iluminación no son nada del otro mundo considerando el precio.

The most amazing fish can be found here in Cabo. And Suviche delivers some of the best sushi I have ever experienced. Esteban our waiter was so attentive and polite he really made the experience special. Thank you so much One and Only Palmilla can’t wait to come back!
We never miss an opportunity to dine at Suviche when we visit Cabo, and our dinner on June 14 did not disappoint! We so much enjoy the ambience, delicious food, and attentive service, but what also keeps us coming back every time is the way we are treated at this resort. From the bellman who met us in our transportation and explained the history of the resort, the hostesses, the wonderful waiter named Ramon, and the attentive manager named Christian. We feel like VIP’s but I’m sure everyone is treated with the same impeccable service! Thank you! We will see you again when we return in November!
