One of the best asados they can find around san luis. it is far from the city, but it is worth the trip. small space, reservations are highly recommended, especially for the weekend and for large groups. the service is not really good, but they...forget your eating right what is a plus:

We went especially to eat chivito and it was worth it! very rich! is a grill typical of Argentina to eat meat to the roaster, all very rich.
