I would highlight kindness, cleanliness and quality of what they offer. We tried prawn gyozas, smoked sardine brioche, Siu mai lao, crystal prawn tostones, squid, chicken skewer and for dessert the (homemade) French toast. All very good, a very interesting mix of flavors. They also offer typical tapas: sirloin with whiskey, papas bravas, salad, etc. Highly recommended, we will repeat. View all feedback.

Después de probar unos restaurantes de alta gama en Europa, tengo un prejuicio contra Alta Cocina, que creo una simple pijada sin apreciar la comida. Anoche un chef cambió mi opinión totalmente, cuando probé su omakase de cocina occidental en su pequeño restaurante escondido en un pueblo cercano. Me dí cuenta de que comer no tiene que buscar la saciedad, sino simplemente disfrutar cómo los diversos ingredientes y condimentos tejen una sinfonía en la boca de los comensales. Me sentí una nostalgia de despedida cuando el regusto desaparece gradualmente en la boca. Pero al mismo tiempo, me llena de esperanza la ansiedad al nuevo viaje que traerá el siguiente plato.
