This place was really great and it is in the mornings. The afternoons and evenings, It's like they don't care. I placed a order of Honey BBQ chicken sandwich and I expected the sandwich. Employee with tablet took my order in lane B of the drive through. 3 burger meals and a chicken sandwich meal. There has always been issues with this store on taking forever onthe drive through. They need better management and employee to run this store.
I love the fact that the Deer Park location has 2 drive through lanes but if you use the outer lane it just depends on who's working that day as to how quick they are about bringing your drinks while you wait for the food. Sometimes they bring thedrinks right out which makes me feel like I'm not just forgotten about because I'm in the outer lane. Food is definitely alwayshot and fresh. Dinning room is always very clean when I dine inside.
This used to be the best Whataburger, serving both Deer Park and La Porte. However, lately, the quality of the food has been quite disappointing, and there always seems to be an issue with my order. I'm not sure what's happening at this location, but I think it's time to look for a new burger place. It's really disappointing.
I went through the drive-thru, and while the service was good, it was slightly slow. We ordered the new Chili Cheese Whataburger, and it was tasty! I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I ordered a Honey BBQ chicken sandwich, but when I got home, I found they had given me a Sweet and Spicy Burger instead. They just slapped a sticker on it without checking. My advice is to avoid ordering in the evenings; if you do, make sure to double-check your order before leaving. From now on, I'll be going to the location on Fairmont since they at least get my order right with the correct sticker.
