What J Shirley doesn't like about Schlotzsky's:
The food and atmosphere were spot on for Schlotzkys. However, I have a big issue with the manager making my sandwich with only one gloved hand. When questioned about his technique, he said, I have not touched your sandwich with my bare hand. Really! Explain that.... How can you make my sandwich and cut it in half with one gloved hand?I hope you review your training to understand you need to wear a glove on each hand... View all feedback.

These people leave you waiting at the drive thru for a very long time, even when you talk to them.... no answer.
Really good turkey and avocado sandwich and appreciated the drive-thru service.

Went to order at the drive thru. We had never been to this restaurant before and there was no one behind us so we were really looking over the menu to decide on something. The first guy was polite and told us to let him know when we were ready. Not even 30 seconds later, a woman with an accent asks us if we were ready. We said we were still looking and she said ok..oh my god and her mic cut off. She gave us about a minute before asking us AGAIN if we were ready twice (because apparently we didn 't answer her fast enough after she asked the first time). We said no, not yet and she AGAIN said ok..oh my god and her mic cut off again. We told them nevermind and left. One bad experience can ruin a business. That lady needs retraining, but we will never try to order Schlotzsky 's again.
