What J doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
The staff member who took our order was extremely kind and patient. However, after paying, we were told that our meal would take 10 minutes to cook and that we should wait in a designated parking spot. Despite waiting for 20 minutes, another customer who arrived after us received their food before us. When we inquired about the delay, we were told that the cook had not prepared our order.
