I called in to the report store to get a custom pizza.Because I am allergic to tomatoes.So I want a pizza without tomato sauce. Ask if I can get the puffs made with cheddar cheese.Instead that was a no. Ask, could I get a pizza custom made without the red sauce? This is the second time we order pizza and it is horrible. I normally gove places a second chance but to have the same issue twice and the second time worse than the first is ridiculous. I always order a sausage with extra sauce. First time there was ZERO sauce on my pizza. This was late at night. We called and the manager acted like I was lying and kept repeating it had NO sauce ? Today we have company and ordered 5 pizzas, mine with extra sauce. Not only did mine have no sauce, neither dis the others and mine was way overcooked to the point were there are black burn marks all over the cheese and when you try to pull a slice out it literally just falls apart into pieces. The people that work here treat every customer as an inconvenience. There is no customer service at all. And now after seeing similar reviews going back months I can tell the owners or corporate doesn 't care either. Do yourself a favor and don 't eat here. Let them shut down. I 've had better pizza and service at a gas station.
Get pizza there all the time. Usually is good. Today i had my girlfriend order a pretzel crust with cheese sauce and a stuffed crust so i could just pick it up on my way home from work. Got home and the stuffed crust was so over done, there was no cheese in it and impossible to eat. The pretzel crust had regular sauce on it and not the cheese sauce she ordered. I had to ask to get waited on, kept getting over looked and it was not in the portal at the time it should have been. I waited about 10 more min and then i interrupted the employees dancing and conversations with other employees to ask where my pizza was. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he told me to bring it back in and they will remake it. I live too far away to go back up there. I have been working in the heat all day and just want a shower and bed. He would not offer anything else for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional by not making good with a customer. I work with customers every day and i would NEVER tell them if you dont want to bring it back there's nothing i can do. Us customers make it possible for you to have a job! DO BETTER!

This is by no means my favorite pizza. But for the price, it's hot and ready and does taste rather good. It fills you up.
The vibe was energetic and positive, food was on the over cooked but I do want to say I'm proud to see the youth having responsibilities.. High Five y'all
