The staff was very friendly. The food was great! I have no complaints! In any case, would come back to this place.

Placed a mobile order on the app, expected delays due to weather, but when checking the app it showed that my order was already delivered. She called the store and they said the driver was out for the delivery, but she would have my number raised and check as soon as he came back to the store that I got my order. Not even 5 minutes after the call driver delivered my food. That alone was good enough for me BUT they DID in fact call my back as soon as the driver in the store to make sure that I had received my order! This is excellent customer service!! Also the sandwiches were great, order was right, and there was a ton of meat on the sandwiches! Jimmy Johns definitely has my future business!

We like this Jimmy John since he's close, but they've left our 2 cookies we've paid. Super disappointed without coming home cookies. Sandwich and chips were great! Also, last time we ordered this place, we had changed the original sandwich on the app and had no luck that everything was right. I think I had ordered without tomatoes or salad, but extra pickle and mustard, but everything was on it as original and it was really frustrating. I'm not sure if there is an error with the app not the detailed instructions or they just didn't do it, but it should be fixed. But we love the food, so it was okay.

I love this place. Great sandwiches and a very friendly staff. Much better than subway. Only negative is I wish the onions were red onions and not white, but most people prefer white so it still gets 5 stars.

Tried their new Caesar chicken salad roll, The Veto sandwich. Wow, I've been missing out on how a true sandwich is made taste. Every Friday night. Super nice customer service greetings.
