45 minutes to sandwiches. Fearable customer service and their only excuse for everyone was that they were shortened. But there were still several employees standing around, not doing anything... View all feedback.
Repeatedly, employees are rude to how to talk to customers. On almost every occasion, their answer to the customer YEAH is in a very rude way that even my granddaughter knows that to say the wrong thing, as well as to the speaker without excuse. Our orders were too often wrong.
This will come our last time here. Very disappointed by the workers, the food and the restaurant.. The restaurant was bad, the food was worse, we ordered steak and cheese and our steak was so white that we dare to eat that. had no ice cream that the little boy said they were out for a while.. They had 3 types of chips .. he also told us that it is because they do not align, but have them in their back, to me that was called SORRY .. I couldn't find out why no one was in there and they did nothing but stand there. My husband went to pay and asked why he didn't ask for a rounding because we did, but the boy said well, I already have you all.. We asked how often they asked people and he never said. WOW!! You leave 3 children under 15 years alone to run a business. So very disappointed our hard earned money went to it!!!!???????
Ordered through the drive through and the employee told me to look at the menu when i asked what came with the meal. Got to the window to get my order and employee dropped my card before i even reached out for it and it fell under my truck. She said she would get someone to come out and get it as i could not get out with out pulling up and there was a long line of customers behind me. Someone would have drove over my card. The guy who came out got me my card and she said i should have gotten out of my truck to get it myself and she slammed the service window shut and would not come back to the window. She dropped the card. She should be fired on the spot. As i am seeing many complaints about bad customer service and rude employees and the owner seems to respond to all of them yet also seems nothing is being done. Sad that being short staffed and lack of finding good employees results in this kind of service. The owner should at least have a manager that can handle these issues and would not doubt if this employee is the manager. My advise is do not go to this location and the sad thing is because of lack of good management/ownwership the firefighters are the ones that suffer from it.
The subs are just okay. Mine came with like 3 inches thick of bread and very little actual meat. Felt like I was eating nothing but bread honestly. The kids working here all the time, also seems like he does not really want to be there. Half the time they are out of certain ingredients. Definitely for the price, just go to Subway. Cheaper and better.
As I sit in the drive-thru for 10 mins now, I'm removing two stars. I was able to give them my order pretty quickly. Told them I wanted a large turkey and provolone only on white. I then said, please make sure it's meat cheese and bread only and the person taking the order sounded confused and had to redo the order.... Ok that's fine, maybe she didn't hear me. Now I'm at the window and no one has come to speak to me......by the way, I'm still waiting. This particular store has become increasingly slower the last 5-6 times I have been here. Way to long for meat, cheese and bread. And yes, I'm still waiting.
