What Colby Kuhic likes about Cafe 1007:
This café is located inside IU Health La Porte Hospital. They have a fantastic sauté bar, along with a salad and grain station next to the grill and pizza bar. There are plenty of vegan options available. I chose the sauté bar and had tofu and bulgur, which I was able to customize with my choice of sauces.
